**About Order**
1. How do I know what size to choose?
You can check the handy Sizes Guides and view our Size Chart on the product page for easy reference.
 
2. How can I check if a product is made of cotton?
Most of our products' fabric is cotton.
While the fabric of other categories is imitation cotton fabric, like full print tank tops, jersey shirts, full print sweatshirts, men's Hawaiian shirts use a 10% Cotton + 90% Polyester blend for print durability.
While our ugly Christmas sweaters feature a 20% Cotton + 80% Polyester mix for added softness and warmth, contact us at service@fishneo.com or via social media for more material details.

3. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (service@fishneo.com) with your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

4. I didn't receive the order confirmation.
Please leave correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to your inbox.

**About Shipping**
1. What the delivery company you use?
We have USPS, DHL, E-Packet, EMS, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.
Attention: The shipping confirmation/notification will be updated with you via email when your orders are fulfilled.

2. How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If your item is in stock, it typically ships within 24 hours. If it needs to be restocked, preparation takes 5–7 business days. For items requiring production due to blank garment or size availability, please allow 15–30 business days.

3. How long does it take to deliver it to me?
It depends on the shipping method you choose. for more details.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, the tracking number will be updated to your inbox automatically, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. Please ensure you leave correct email address so that the tracking number can be sent to you.
